On August 31st – I was invited to Eataly Il Patio for deliciously laid back happy hour with Malfy Limone cocktails and light aperitivo bites. I learned more about this vibrant spirit from Italy, taste the other Amalfi Coast inspired flavored gins – Arancia and Rosa – and soak in the last few bits of summer among good company.
When I got to the patio I was greeted with a color and vibrant bar. I had a choice of the Classic Malfy Limone Gin & Tonic, Malfy Arancia Gin & Tonic, and Limonata Gin. Classic Malfy Limone Gin & Tonic is the classic go-to at Eataly and is a staple at the establishment. I personally love the big glasses they were served in.
The light bites we had were from Eataly which included bruschetta, shrimp, steak and fresh mozzarella.
I like these gins since they are vibrant with flavor and can impress some of the harshes gin critics. Cheers!
