Who doesn’t love whiskey?
So a while ago, I received a book that had a whiskey bottle inside. The proof was off the charts (115 Proof). Wooooo.
I was so intrigued when I was invited to taste the whiskey in person at The Parlour Room in NYC.
When I got there, I was able to sample a selection of crostinis, cheeses, and of course whiskey.
Jypsi is made of 70% Corn Bourbon aged 7 and 8 years from Indiana, 21% Canadian Rye aged 20 years and 9% American Single Malt aged 4 years. It was delicious yet strong.
Whiskey Jypsi is definitely worth trying! Give it a sip.
