So yesterday was National Vodka Day, and I’m a little late. I’ve been working the long hours at my new job and I NEED TO CELEBRATE — so this post is a little belated. What is better than a fruity pink drink? Nothing.
Boardroom Vodka is on my hit list for spirits in the upcoming weeks to experiment with. It also makes a mean Cosmo and is hangover free.
Celebrate National Vodka Day with a Cosmo!
Boardroom Cosmo:
2 oz. FRESH Cranberry Vodka
1 oz. Boardroom Triple Sec
½ oz. fresh lime juice
Lime or orange peel for garnish
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, triple sec and lime juice. Cover and shake vigorously until well chilled, about one minute. Strain and pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish with fruit peel.
