Everyone needs a vacation right about now, but it doesn’t seem like we will be going anywhere anytime soon. A good spirit will transport you on a gustatory holiday up the coast of California. Yes, any summertime drink can bring on a great journey.
I wanted something to sit back and have by the pool. For this drink, I used Humboldt Distillery’s Organic Vodka. Made in Humboldt County, California, using pristine water sourced from a watershed that originates in old growth redwood forests. Yes, there is a crab on the label, no it doesn’t mean it is crab based vodka. It’s sugarcane, actually!

In a glass filled with ice add Humboldt’s Organic Vodka, lemonade to taste, swirl together and enjoy!
