I recently I had a Rosatini at a local restaurant. It was so delicious, I had to create the cocktail. It’s very similar to a French Martini.
Absolut Raspberry
Rosatini Cocktail Recipe
1 oz Chambord Liqueur
3 oz Absolut Rasberry Vodka
4 oz Pineapple Juice
Raspberry or Lemon twist to garnish (I used raspberries since I had some in the freezer)
Handful of ice
Pour the Chambord, vodka and pineapple juice in a shaker. Add ice and shake it like a polaroid picture. Then strain into a martini glass or a goblet and top with a few raspberries.

What I like about this cocktail is that the Chambord really makes the drink nice and fizzy.
