I recently went to the official opening of The Tillage and was able to taste delicious food from Chef Eric Thomas and Cocktails by Cliff Mejia.
The whole night I sampled cocktails from the bar including their namesake The Tillage which had Vodka, Aperitivo Liqueur, Strawberry, Rhubarb, Lemon Juice, Ginger Beer, Served Tall in a Collins Glass. So delish. I met so many amazing people at the bar that night, I’m sure this will be a hot spot.
Servers passed around tempura veggies, hummus, cheeses and more. All were deeply delicious.
The Tillage is located at 251 W. 30th Street and is going to be the first and only high-end restaurant and bar in the North Chelsea/Penn Station area.
