I don’t know about you but I go through times where I absolutely DO NOT want to cook. Also, at the same time, I refuse to give in to unhealthy food and hate that I either scramble around the cabinets or order out in that case. Also, don’t get me started on grocery shopping… 😞
So I recently invested in a Suvie kitchen robot and wow! My mind is blown! 🤩🤯
It’s cooks and refrigerates food.
The app hooks up to wifi too.
Recent food additions include:
- BBQ Crab Cakes. Tender and flaky crab cakes are roasted until perfectly crisp and then drizzled with sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. Served with white rice and a special Southwest vegetable blend.
- Beef Short Rib Tacos. Features meaty short ribs braised in a flavorful tomatillo sauce until fork-tender, then served over soft flour tortillas, topped with sweet peppers and onions, and finished with a shower of mozzarella cheese.
- Falafel Orzo Bowl. Crispy, crunchy falafel patties top a signature 9 grain orzo blend. Hearty kale provides extra flavor and nutrition, and creamy tzatziki tops it all.
- Hawaiian Flatbread. The perfect combination of sweet pineapple and salty ham on delicious flatbread.

- Mediterranean Salmon Bowl. Verdant pesto delivers Mediterranean flavor and perfectly complements protein-packed grains, rich flaky salmon, and nutrient dense kale.
Cons
– The Suvie is such an investment. It can range from $200-500 depending on the price and sales.
– You must have counter space to lend to this piece of equipment. I say the same thing to anyone who is considering an air fryer. You must see it to use it. Also, it’s a long, heavy, 50lb machine. You’re not going to move it if you plan to use it here and there.
– It’s made dor feeding 1-2 people so it’s not really ideal for big families
Pros
– It’s really perfect for a single person like me.
– there’s a variety of food to order.
