Lo-Fi Aperitifs Martini

I remember having my first martini with an etiquette expert about 12 years ago and being pleasantly surprised how good it was.

Ever since then, I really haven’t had a chance to chance to indulged in a good martini. Some of this ignorance is due to my pickiness about vodka. But, I recently experimented with Lo-Fi Aperitifs’ Dry Vermouth and made an amazing gin martini.

Lo-Fi Aperitifs Martini

2 oz Gin

0.5 oz Lo-Fi Aperitifs Dry Vermouth

2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters

Lemon twist

Shake in a shaker and pour in a martini glass.

I am a bit of a vermouth snob so I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked this one. Every gin Martini has been floral a delicious.

Drink up!

XO
