One of my favorite drinks is the starry night, which takes a bit to make but is totally worth it.

STARRY NIGHT IN THE TOWER

MILKY WAY ICE

2 cups hot water

10 butterfly pea flowers

STARRY NIGHT COCKTAIL

crushed ice

2 ounces vodka

1/2 ounce freshly

squeezed lime juice

4 to 6 ounces ginger beer

crushed Milky Way Ice

MILKY WAY ICE

In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Turn off the heat and add the butterfly pea flowers.

Allow the tea to steep for 3 to 4 minutes.

Strain out flowers and let cool.

Pour the cooled mixture into ice cube trays and freeze.

STARRY NIGHT IN THE TOWER COCKTAIL

Partially fill a glass with crushed clear ice.

Top with the crushed Milky Way Ice.

Add the vodka, lime juice, and ginger beer.

Top it with additional Milky Way Ice.
