Café Metro and Fresh & Co celebrate the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony of their newest concept, Metro Marché, located at 30 W. 57th Street, NYC on March 30, 2023
Under the same ownership as Café Metro, Manhattan’s longest and oldest brand for lunch & catering, and Fresh & Co.,Metro Marché’s ambiance is that of a modern vibe met with an innovative menu. The restaurant serves up everyone’s favorites: breakfast staples, salads, soups, and a variety of sandwiches, but the difference is that everything is prepared with attentive detail to the ingredients, maintaining healthy and wholesome creations. The house-made salad dressings and sauces are imaginative. The showstopper at Metro Marché is the Market Table – a solid selection of daily rotating gourmet inventive entrees and seasonal side dishes- all prepared-on premises using the freshest and top-quality ingredients. Guests can enjoy cleaner versions of popular comfort food and yes, there are many vegetarian and vegan options. “Grab N’ Go” or sit down for a full spread! The catering menu for all events and group sizes has endless selection possibilities.
I loved the different stations for sandwiches, bowls and salads. If you are really watching your figure, they have a great selection of juices.
