Nero d’Avola Appassimento
Intense red wine with a very bright and complex purple hue. Its impenetrable aspect opens on the nose to a mixture of notes of freshly picked sweet red fruits, plum, cherries in alcohol and vanilla. On the palate it is austere and at the same time gives a fragrant finish. Complexity and pleasantness are the characteristics of this wine.
Trapiche Medalla Malbec 2019
Trapiche winery, located in Mendoza, Argentina at the foothills of the majestic Andres Mountains was founded in 1883. The Trapiche Medalla collection, Argentina’s first premium wine, was originally created to celebrate Trapiche’s 100 year anniversary. While these 100% single varietal wines are aged in a new French oak as a nod to Old World style, they still bring out surprisingly fresh and strong fruit profiles.
Trapiche Medalla Malbec 2019: This wine has flavors of ripe fruits and stands perfectly amalgamated with a spicy and smoky wood.
My favorite BBQ Pairings include grilled chicken, smoked ribs, and veggie kabobs.
Trapiche Medalla Cabernet Sauvignon 2019: This wine has a persistence with soft and ripe tannins. It contains very complex aromas and notes of plums, green peppers and subtle wood.

Caorunn Highland Strength Gin
