Disaronno, the world’s favorite Italian liqueur, recently held an exclusive private event to celebrate the new Disaronno Velvet Summer Campaign on May 23rd at Jimmy’s rooftop.
We were greeted with two amazing cocktails including Disaronno Velvet Batida (Disaronno Velvet, Coconut Water) and White Velvet Breezes ( Disaronno Velvet (Coconut Rum, Lychee Liqueur, Lime Juice) with light bites served like sliders, veggie kebabs, steak and mini cheesecakes, all within the spirit of the La Dolce Vita Italian lifestyle. We enjoyed lovely drinks while watching the sunset and by the pool. We loved the White Velvet Espresso Martini (Disaronno Velvet, Vodka 0.5, Tia Maria Cold Brew)- the Disaronno certainly elevated the cocktail.
What I like about Disaronno Velvet, is it blends the unique flavor of Disaronno Originale and velvety cream that boats the floral character of almonds with nuances of chocolate and vanilla. The bottle is an eye-catching all-white version of the classic Disaronno Originale bottle design.
We sipped some great drinks while checking out the views of Manhattan. I am looking forward to making more Disaronno cocktails this summer at my own pool.
