On October 13, I joined an intimate event hosted by the German National Tourist Office to learn more about Bavaria. I went to Manhatta is located at 28 Liberty Street, between William Street & Nassau Street.
When I arrived, I saw beautiful views from the 60th floor of downtown NYC. As soon as we arrived, we received some small bites and a glass of German wine.
Throughout the night we listened to presentations and watched clips and learned more about the culture in Bavaria. Toward the end of the evening we met different ambassadors and they thought us about their specific regions.
During their presentation, we tried different imported cheeses from Bavaria.
I really didn’t know much about Bavaria, but learning about all the people there and the culture there, makes me want to travel there in the future.
