On June 4th, I was honored to sit in on the National Prosecco Week Masterclass at the amazing Mediterranean restaurant ILILI (236 5th Ave, New York, NY 10001). I tried a collection of 10 truly delicious Prosecco DOC labels from traditional to innovative, representing the unique terroir Northern Italy including Mionetto, Zonin and La Marca!
This 5-course meal, was carefully paired with procesccos from different dips and desserts. Through the meal I listened to the representatives talk about the different proseccos from Italy. She was a wealth of information.
Each processco was unique and a delicious treat.
