The Saratoga Cocktail

The Saratoga Cocktail was developed in Saratoga, NY about three and half hours from NYC. The Saratoga Cocktail is a lot like the Manhattan.

Instead of Bourbon, you use rye for this one and a brandy.

The Saratoga Cocktail

• 1 oz Porter Rye
• 1 oz Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Brandy
• 1 oz Red Vermouth 
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Pour all into a shaker and pour.
