It’s my 30th birthday! So this year when the cake came out this year, I knew I needed to pop some bubbly! So what was my poison? Pommery Pop Rose of course!
This Champagne from France is perfectly balanced, this bottle is fresh and fruity. Offering and aromatic bouquet of red fruit and freshly baked pastries, it’s pale pink color suggest a softness that suggests a velvet caress on the palate.
It paired up with my napoleon cake perfectly. Here’s to another 30!
