Pokorny Sazerac

I was fortunate to try some recently. Antique arrived stateside in late 2022 and has since won the hearts of mixologist and imbibers alike.

I made a Sazerac with it. Not any old Sazerac but A DELICIOUS ONE with Antique.

Pokorny Sazerac

½ oz Antique Pelinkovac

2 oz Rye Whiskey

Tsp Simple Syrup

2 dashes Bitters (Peychaud)

Stir ingredients in a mixing glass

Pour into a rocks or Nick & Nora glass

Garnish with an orange peel

You will definitely love this amaro, even if you are not an amaro person.
