I was recently invited to a media preview of Café Cento, where they showed off their bright young AND new Executive Chef Christina Towers’ delicious plans for their spring 2018 wine bar. She is introducing 3-course tasting menus at lunch and dinner, with dishes like Pissaladière with olives, comté and arugula, Tagliatelle with spinach pistou, Duck au Poivre with hand cut fries and charred broccolini, and Espresso Pot de Crème.
