Gin & Tepache Recipe

Tepache is something that I’ve never really had before but recently I found myself with a few cans of it. This bubbly drink is made with fermented fruit similar to kombochua.

My wheels started turning… This would be good with GIN! I took some of the Botanist’s fantastic gin and created this lovely drink. I chose The Botanist since it’s satin-smooth, rich and mellow with a citrus freshness.

4.0oz Dela Calle Grapefruit Lime Tepache

Build over ice and enjoy!
