The Cabernet Sauvignon is rounded out with a small percentage of Merlot, Petite Sirah, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Zinfandel, and Petite Verdot. The soft tannins from the oak aging intermingle with juicy flavors of blackberry, plum, and currant. It is a medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon that needs no special occasion but fantastic with grilled meats and great friends.
