On the fifth day of wine Christmas, my true love gave to me!

2015 Dos Almas Pinot Noir Gran Reserva is a Pinot Noir, which the grapes are par excellence for making an experience elegant. Complex but not heavy, with good acidity and smooth tannins, adding freshness and a silky texture it can be sipped on its own while paired perfectly with fatty fish, pasta, and meat dishes. Deep ruby red with violet hues, it has a fruity bouquet with notes of cherry, strawberries, and raspberries, intertwined with soft spicy notes and a touch of vanilla from the French oak ageing. In the mouth, it has a delicate body with good acidity and smooth tannins, adding freshness and a silky texture. Good length, again showing notes of red fruits, vanilla and spices.
