Love Fernet? So do I. It’s the perfect way to add a digestif during your holiday celebration.
If you are not familiar with The Bartender’s Handshake, many are unaware that this Italian Amaro was originally introduced as a digestif, with 27 herbs and spices designed to aid in digestion after large meals. One of the most popular cocktails to use it with is The Toronto Cocktail.
What I love about this cocktail is the beautiful brown color. This drink is a riff on the famous Manhattan and has a minty taste.
