Spring is finallllly here. I know you can’t really feel it but it has arrived, which means all lights are GO for ICED COFFEE! But do you know what’s better than ice coffee? Ice coffee with booze!
Tia Maria Mint Ice Coffee
1.0 oz of Tia Maria
Cooled Coffee
Half & Half
2-4 sprigs of Mint Sugar
Take a collins glass fill it up with a lot of ice. Then take a shaker and mix the cooled coffee and Tia Maria together. Add half & half in as much as you like. Pour over ice and voila!
