Grasshopper

Makes one cocktail

Glass: Coupe| Ice: None

1ounce / 30 ml green crème de menthe

1 ounce / 30 ml white crème de cacao

1 ounce / 30 ml heavy cream

Garnish: Expressed spearmint leaf

Combine the ingredients in a Boston shaker with ice and vigorously shake for 20 seconds. Strain the cocktail into the glass. Float the expressed leaf on the surface and serve.
