In this day and age, we’re all trying to find the healthiest options. It really can be difficult when we live in the instant now type of world. The Good Kind is a new type of coffee shop in the East Village to empower women while fueling their bodies to take on the day.
The Good Kind, as the name implies is a women owned, community driven coffee shop and social hub with Danish and Indian design influences reflective of the owner, Anna Poulsen’s cultural background. With Anna’s motto of finding your individual well-balanced sweet spot, your tasting experience will include a few Good Kind signatures that are packed with vitamins, gluten, vegan options and are full of flavor. Not only does her menu boast healthy items but includes a few splurges like the Croissant Sandwiches with either Turkey and Swiss or Egg Salad.
Anna Poulsen plans to host more intimate events at her store to give women the tools to take with them for life. Topics include
Mind, Body, Career, and more.
The Good Kind has a variety of different toasts, lattes and smoothies in addition to the coffee and latte selection. The real head turner was the blueberry breakfast bowl. Similar to your acai bowl, but healthier with natural ingredients.
