Mionetto Prosecco + Pizza Workshop at Urbani

Truffles are totally having a moment in the food realm, and nothing else pairs with it better than a good Prosecco!

I joined a group of VIP’s at Urbani Truffles on June 5th where we started the night off with mini Mionetto Bruts and Roses. On display was the Mionetto Drinkstagram kit, that added fun clings to our drinks, making it picture ready!

After a drink or two, we received a tour of the back and saw the amazing truffles in their true form. We were able to learn and have an up-close experience with the truffles.

Afterwards, we went to the kitchen area where we learned about the history of pizza from Roberto and then kneaded the dough for my dinner that night. The VIP’s had their choice of toppings including artichokes, pepperoni to truffles of course!

As the group waiting for their pizzas to cook, the group tasted the Mionetto portfolio.

This was an amazing experience. One that I will never forget.
