It’s not every day that you are able to have a taste of Florida in NYC!

On June 5th, the media was treated to experience Pensacola in Home Studios based in NYC, courtesy of Visit Pensacola.

As you enter the event, I tried the signature drink of Pensacola the “Bushwacker.” Not familiar with this drink? Made with rum and kahla.
VR Experience of Pensacola
Next up was VR headset for an authentic personal journey through the beautiful, historic city of Pensacola founded in 1559. Take a live postcard photo in front of the 18 miles of sugar-white sand beaches and emerald green waters.
Cooking up something good.
Afterwards there were tastings from 4 of Pensacola’s top chefs including Irv Miller and James Briscione. Bites include streak, fish and oysters.
Yum!
This was just a small taste of Pensacola. I hope I can experience Pensacola in person soon.
