This year 747 exhibitors representing 176 countries. The Show floor is separated into 16 Pavilions and included: Adventure, Africa, Asia, Australia/South Pacific, Canada, Caribbean, Cruise, Europe, Family, Global, Latin America, Mexico, River Cruises, Sponsors, Travel Products/Services and the USA.
I found myself submerged into different cultures as all the tourism boards. I learned about China and watching people there doing Thai Chi. Then I went Caribbean section and learned about all the amazing islands. I stopped at the Aruba booth where they helped me with my upcoming trip and hooked me up with some amazing goods.
After walking the floor, I went to the trade show reception and networked with some of the best of the travel industry while sipping some bubbly.
If you have a chance to go to this amazing show, go! It’s a cultural experience all under one roof.
