I had the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon and it was so delish. On the nose the wine is bright and vibrant with fresh fruits of currant, cassis, black cherry and boysenberry. The palate has a fresh, minty profile and echoes the fruits found on the palate; currant, cassis, black cherry, and boysenberry. Vibrant and lifted with bright acidity and a nice red fruit undertone on the palate. A touch of chocolate and wood spice add to the flavor profile on the palate, but any wood influence is beautifully integrated. This Cabernet Sauvignon has explosive flavors and multiple layers of complexity that make it well balanced.
