Lavender Gin Fizz

Lavender and gin go hand and hand to me. I love this combo!

Many of the gin cocktails require lavender syrup, but for the average joe, it’s not something we have time to prepare. That’s why when I saw Dry Sparkling’s Lavender Soda, I knew I had to create a simple version.

Lavender Gin Fizz

1.0 oz Junipero Gin

4.0oz Dry Sparkling Lavender

Garnish with a cinnamon stick

Pour ingredients over ice and enjoy!
