On September 20th, I was incited to Himbrimi Gin U.S. launch of this pure Icelandic gin, which distills the beauty of Iceland into a flavorful spirit. The evening was filled with conversation, cocktails by Meaghan Dorman, and Icelandic-inspired culinary delights by Chef Marc Murphy and Ryan Kemp.
When we first got there we admired the amazing ice sculpture of the Himbrimi’s duck. It was particularly cool since, well, who’s seen an ice structure since 2019? Then we went over to the bar and tried the signature Gin & Tonic. it was very complex for your typical G&T, but so beautiful and drinkable.
Then we went upstairs and heard Founder, Óskar Ericsson as he gave a toast and a brief history season of the gin.
At the end of the night we enjoyed a couple of the drinks at the bar downstairs from Himbrimi Pure Icelandic Gin.
What I love about this brand is that everything is so thought out from the bespoke perfume to the origami duck.
Plus the gin is totally, delish! Cheers XO!
