Beetology Juice from Kayco

I’m all about the beets. They’re so yummy, nutritious and delicious!  So I was very excited to sample Beetology‘s cold press beet juice.

The juice has five varieties including Beet + Lemon + Ginger, Beet + Veggie, Beet + Tropical Fruit, Beet + Berry, and Beet + Cherry. Hands down there is a clear favorite for me and it was the beet and berry juice.

I thought it was perfect for my healthy lunches.

I decided to mix up a few cocktails with the Beetology Juice when I went away on vacation. I decide to mix Alizé Apple Vodka with it.  The first cocktail needed something, but let’s say it was a little take on a Cosmo with Beetology.

Here’s my Beet-Fizz Recipe:

2 oz Beetology Juice (Ginger)

2 oz Alize Apple French Vodka

0.5 oz Lime Juice

Topped with club soda
