Over the summer I was able go to Del Dotto Estate Winery and wow this was one of my favorite Napa Valley wineries. It was truly an experience from trying some of their great wines like Theo 2023 Pinot Noir.
We were able to tour the Venetian estate with the most exquisite statues and carvings. My friend and I went on the cave tour and barrel tasting and it was something I’ve never experienced before.
When you say cave, you don’t think of marble and chandeliers. This had just that. The halls lined up with beautiful American and French Oak Barrels. Our tour guy gave us tastings straight from the barrel. My favorite was when we tried the same wine from three different barrels.
After the tour, we had amazing pizza and tater tots. Not only did we have great food, but had lovely views of the garden.
This winery is a treasure. It’s a must go to, if you are in wine country
