Tom Collins

I recently went to a wedding and my friend got me drinking a Tom Collins.

• 2 oz High Cleure
• 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
• 1/2 oz Simple syrup
• Club soda, to top
• Garnish: Lemon wheel
• Garnish: Maraschino cherry

Add ingredients in a Collins glass. Top with club soda and garnish.
