The Indian Summer Fruit Basket

So I don’t know about you, but the weather here in NY has been insane. I have no idea what to wear since it’s either cold or beautifully hot. We are surely having our own Indian summer. To commemorate this occasion, I did what I do best– drink. Actually, it’s building cocktails.

I decided to use summer and fall ingredients, because WELL… like the weather, I couldn’t make up my mind.

The Indian Summer Fruit Basket

1.5 oz Boardroom Cranberry Vodka

0.5 oz Chambord

2.0 oz Peach Snapple

Shake in a tumbler and pour in coupe.
