I recently found myself in possession of Disaronno. It was like a dream come true. I love anything almond and this dram takes the cake.
I wanted to make a quick drink that would please the crowd with this spirit. Well, everyone loves a ginger beer drink with a little bit of citrus!
I decided to use Top Note mixers. They have a great product lineup currently includes Ginger Beer Soda, Grapefruit Soda, Bitter Lemon Soda, Classic Tonic Water and the company’s award-winning Indian Tonic Water. I picked up a few of their new bottles to create this cocktail
Sour Ginger Nut
1.0 oz Disaranno
0.5 oz Top Note Ginger Beer
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
Pour ingredients into a tumbler with ice. Strain into glass.
I absolutely love this drink. This might be my go-to during the holiday season.
