Can't Drink it Nor Wear it Travel

New York Times Travel Show – Friday, January 25th

Looking for your next destination? Don’t know where? Or maybe you need a little advice about your upcoming destinations. The New York Travel Show has that covered.

This year 747 exhibitors representing 176 countries. The Show floor is separated into 16 Pavilions and included: Adventure, Africa, Asia, Australia/South Pacific, Canada, Caribbean, Cruise, Europe, Family, Global, Latin America, Mexico, River Cruises, Sponsors, Travel Products/Services and the USA.

I found myself submerged into different cultures as all the tourism boards. I learned about China and watching people there doing Thai Chi. Then I went Caribbean section and learned about all the amazing islands. I stopped at the Aruba booth where they helped me with my upcoming trip and hooked me up with some amazing goods.

After walking the floor, I went to the trade show reception and networked with some of the best of the travel industry while sipping some bubbly.

If you have a chance to go to this amazing show, go! It’s a cultural experience all under one roof.
