M. Chapoutier Belleruche Rouge 2016 grapes are harvested and fully destemmed. The wine is then vatted for 15 days which contributes a great tannic structure. The wine is then aged in vats with regular pumping for clarification.

This wine is a deep garnet red with a nose of dark cherry, raspberry and white pepper. This full-bodied wine is juicy with smoky and earthy notes. It is fruity on the palate with smooth tannins. C’est Magnifique!
